Returns 

For any reason, customer can return the order, entirely or partially. Items can be returned for a size/color exchange or for refund within 14 working days from delivery of the parcel. Items must be returned in the same original conditions, neatly packed with the return tag still attached. The return item should have not been worn, washed on altered. The shoes' soles must be returned in perfect conditions, without showing any use signs. Shoes and accessories must be returned in their original packaging that should not be damaged or altered or used.

If customers wish to return an item, they have to contact the Customer Service staff and request a return authorization. The written request will have to include the order number, the code of the item(s) to be returned and the reason of return. After submitting such request to the Customer Service, customer will receive an email containing return authorization and all detailed instructions to complete the return process.

Shipping costs are totally charged to customer, as well as any duty and tax related tot he import of the box. Customers can use forwarding company that they prefer

Either size/color exchange and refund will be arranged by Piccadillyboutique.it once returned item will be received.

Piccadillyboutique.it reserves the right to refuse return that have not been properly authorized or sent not in accordance with return policy of Piccadillyboutique.it. In these cases, Piccadillyboutique.it can return the boxes to the sender at the original shipping address.

Refund

In case customers request the refund of the item, it will be done only after the quality check of the item.

Refund is made on the same currency on the original order, and using the same means of payment.

Possible difference in the refunded amount may depend on the variation of currency exchange rate and will not be refunded.
